Amazing little local place. I drive by 10 sandwiches just to get here. Great family owned place and the customer service is top notch. Let me list what I have tried. The Italian with the chopped peppers is the flagship. Five stars The Roast beef. They make their own roast beef! Awesome. 5 stars The meatball is also so good. 4.5 stars No it's not fancy. You come here for the food. They have a large selection of chips and drinks. I wish they had cookies though. Overall the best sandwich place in the clear lake area Kid-friendliness: Let the kids pick their chips and drink. Decent little sandwich place. The gentleman was very friendly. The place is a little rough around the edges, but that's to be expected for a hole-in-the-wall type place. My sandwich was fine, but some of these reviews made it out like this was the best place they've ever been. I appreciate supporting small business owners, but honestly, I thought it was just an average sandwich.
