One of if not our best meal the entire trip exploring Utah and Arizona! The ambience is nice and the view outside is spectacular! The staff were all great, and the food was amazing! Special thanks to Erin for being such a fun, patient, and hospitable waitress! She was all you could hope for in a waitress and made our experience even more special and memorable. I highly recommend coming here if you're in the area! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

One of the Best Meals During Our National Parks Road Trip - Añu Restaurant in Moab, Utah Since I was staying at the Hilton, I decided to have dinner at the restaurant for convenience. I honestly didn’t expect much, but the food turned out to be much better than I had anticipated. Beet Salad. A refreshing starter with a perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors. Every ingredient worked beautifully together. What impressed me the most was how the chef placed the goat cheese underneath the salad instead of mixing it in. Since I’m lactose intolerant, I ordered it mainly for my partner, but thanks to that thoughtful presentation, I was still able to enjoy almost the entire salad without touching the cheese. It’s also a clever idea because anyone who wants more cheese can simply scoop some from underneath. Lomo Saltado. This classic Peruvian beef dish was rich, flavorful, and wonderfully aromatic thanks to the onions and Peruvian peppers. Paired with steamed rice, it was exactly what I needed after days of hiking and driving through several national parks on this road trip. I had really been craving a comforting plate of beef and rice. Personally, I would have preferred the sauce to be slightly less salty, but it was still a delicious dish overall. Fried Rice. My favorite dish of the meal. The fried rice was surprisingly light and not overly seasoned. It came with a tangy pickled onion salad and crispy Peruvian-style pork belly, whose savory flavor complemented the rice perfectly. Every element was simple on its own, but together they created a wonderfully balanced and satisfying dish. Definitely the standout of the evening. Service. The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They struck the perfect balance between being available and giving guests space to enjoy their meal. I originally chose this restaurant simply because it was located in my hotel, but it ended up being one of the pleasant surprises of my stay in Moab. Non-hotel guests are welcome to dine here as well. If you’re visiting during peak season, I’d recommend making a reservation through Google Maps or the restaurant’s website.
