Boild res snapper head in sweet sauce ***** very tender, firm and cook at perfection. AOI kaiseki **** appitizers, snow fish with mentaiko, sushi, sashimi are delicious and fresh BUT shrimp tempura * (almond and seaweed) are COLD, DRY, HARD and no taste, the worst I ever had.
