Well, that was delicious. Great atmosphere and extremely helpful staff (shoutout to Carina on service and Jerome for the solid wine recs) made for an enjoyable experience. My favorite bite was the cod (balanced and fresh filet, even on the final day of service for the season) and the tableside cacio e pepe was solid. We waffled over the lamb and, in the end, made the only decision to get it and were not disappointed. To round everything out, the raspberries and cream dessert was delightful and not too sweet. Would definitely come back when I'm in the area and 100% recommend for a good time. Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Best restaurant in town. We went to Aspen for the first time this year and ate at multiple places. We used the spa at the St. Regis, and had many great experiences. This restraints was one of the most memorable experiences. Every single thing we ordered from appetizers to entrees were amazing. We had their fondue an compared it to fondue and other local places. Theirs is best in town. My husband got the boar meatballs which were incredible. He tried their WhistlePig whiskey for the first time and despite not liking mushrooms he ordered it as is (with the truffle) and said it was the best drink of his life. For the main entree we had their famous pasta. They torch a cheese bowl and make it in front of you. It was sooo good. I ordered mine with lobster and crab. He ordered his with red meat. Everything was amazing. Their moscato was good. The servers are very professional, and classy giving this spot a high end feel. The decor is cozy and beautiful Scandinavian vibes. 11/10. You can’t come through Aspen and not eat here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
