This is a simple, clear salt ramen that is tasty and light. Make sure you understand that this is not supposed to be a thick, flavor loaded broth like tonkotsu ramen. The toppings were all good. We enjoyed the setting in a small home in a quiet neighborhood. Service was quick and friendly.

Fantastic quiet cozy and hospitable place for a wonderful charging up Ramen. The host is also very supportive and gave us some local chicken snacks as complementary take away after we finish our ramen. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

For me Mr. Miyanari redefined ramen and I gained a very new perspective on japanese cuisine. It is unlikely for european tourists to get to Aoyamatei, not that many does, but I was lucky. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
