A taste of France with a Moldovan soul! I visited Apéro Chic with a French tourist, and we were both absolutely thrilled with the experience! The atmosphere was simply awesome—the perfect setting to relax. We enjoyed incredible live music while watching a stunning sunset, which made the evening truly magical. But what makes this place extra special—beyond the beautiful vibe—is the story behind the plate. We were deeply impressed by the story of the cheeses from Horodiște. It is a remarkable social project started by Thierry and Tatiana, which supports the local community while delivering exceptional quality. The cheeses are artisanal, crafted using traditional French techniques, 100% natural, and free of chemical additives. Thierry is an absolute expert at pairing local Moldovan wines with these cheeses, creating combinations that are simply memorable. Why I highly recommend Apéro Chic: Unbeatable Vibe: Awesome atmosphere, great live music, and a stunning sunset view. Authenticity: Intense, natural flavors and a perfect harmony between wine and cheese. Social Impact: You get to enjoy a premium product while supporting a beautiful project that helps underprivileged rural families.
