See Museum of Sydney by default, the guests' recommendation is to come to this restaurant as well. Take your family with you to have tasty caviar, lobster rolls and fish. Aperture should be recommended for good Scones and tasty brioches. Great tea or delicious coffee are worth a try here.
Service at this place is something one can name professional. Google users awarded this spot 4.4.

This is my second time (4th April) at Aperture Capella. The high tea was delightful and atmosphere even better. Beautiful afternoon, excellent service from the restaurant staff... until we finished and wanted to check out the lobby area. It started raining just as we were leaving so we waited for the rain to pass. My friend is in a wheelchair which makes it harder to manouver in the rain. We decided to take pictures of the decor and the chessboard in the lounge area caught our attention. Since it was practically empty, we checked it out.... only to be greeted by a glaring, judgemental stare from a suited brown haired lady in a ponytail sitting at the lounge desk. Not sure her purpose as reservations are not required for the lounge area. It was an open entry and reiterating again, the space was fairly EMPTY. We were not in anyone's way. We were there for 10 seconds, then was told by a waiter that the area was only for hotel guest. There's no signs to say that, plus I had walked through this area from my last visit with no issues. We both have also stayed in 5 star hotels before (yes, disable people can stay in 5 star hotels. It's not a birthright). We both said that we wouldn't be long and we were waiting for the rain to lighten. While the waiter said we could stay, he kept on looking at us which made it uncomfortable. We left after taking a few pictures but that interaction dampen our otherwise perfect day. The waiter could have simply ask if we needed a seat or offer us a drink. We would have told him that we would leave soon and that would been the end. But a barrier had to be set between "hotel guests" and "non-hotel guest" even though we had dined in. Exceptional service is a skill, a skill that Aperture needs to work on. Their lack of response to reviews show how little they care. Price per person: A$100–120 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Aperture is a stunning spot for high tea. The atmosphere is beautiful, and I loved that you can choose any tea from their extensive list. The food was delicious and the service was top-tier. Highly recommend for a relaxing afternoon! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Aperture has THE best afternoon tea I've ever had, hands down. I have been constantly disappointed with other places because you either pay for the view or the established name and the food is a complete let down. Everything that I had was absolutely delicious and had a delicate balance of flavour and texture. It was a delight savouring each bite! The tuna and spanner crab were a standout for me. Aperture hit the mark with all their savoury and sweet dishes, I couldn't fault them at all. It was so, so good!! I also really loved that you could try different teas as it was unlimited during the sitting and the tea choices were outstanding. Again, other places I've been to tasted like I was having hot water with a sprinkle of tea. The Aperture blend was my favourite, I was surprised at how nice it was. Staff were all so lovely and made sure that I was comfortable and happy, anything I asked for didn't feel like a bother! Aperture is the place to go to for an outstanding Afternoon Tea experience!
