While staying in Ermones, our host recommended some restaurants in the surroundings. Apomero was one of them. We went there on a monday night. It was a very quiet evening in the taverna. We started doubting our choice because of this. How wrong we were. We ordered a collection of appetizers and they were absolutely amazing. Since then we have visited quite some restaurants on the island, but for us Apomero offers the best authentic taverna style food of Corfu. Tonight we went there again, even though we are staying on the other side of the island now. We left Apomero with a smile. What a treat! Highly recommended.
