Last time I received the best service there was today my family and I was trying to celebrate a party of 15, we was told to wait 45 minutes to an hour we waited patiently with no problem, we went to check the status and the hostess told us she was ready for us and needed only 20 minutes only for another big party to come in and be seated by a guy host before us. Once we asked what was going on he said he had no knowledge of a party of 15. 1 hour waisted of waiting please get your host on one accord ! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I rarely leave reviews, but this was frustrating. We waited over an hour after being told 30–45 minutes. Not only that a large party was seated at our table, and when we asked about it, staff said they didn’t know what happened. No accountability and no real apology. Definitely not the level of service we expected. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We asked for this windows seat we had a vet who is crippled n they would not let us get the seat so we had to sit on bar stools n the man can not even walk... his feet can't hit the floor the bartender was nice the ma ager was a bit snooty but did finally seat us on the table floor... Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
