8/21/26 420pm Poor customer service. Was standing upfront waiting to be acknowledged by staff. Never gott seated, one lady with long curly hair looked our way at least twice and never bothered to at least let is know someone would be with ust soon etc. These days, short staff and all...people simply don't take pride in their work and it shows. New management? Where?!?! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner

Our server Jocelyn W was so incredibly nice today. We even had a nice chat today about our jewelry & shared experiences we both relate to. I highly appreciate a server with good hospitality. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
