5/I9/26 I am not looking for any rebate, refund, or "Sorry's" I don't hate Bluefield Virginia Applebee's, it's just that when they serve me a plate of steak that I am paying for these days ($18+) and it's not even close to what I ordered. The manager did not come out because he / she knew exactly what happened in the back of the kitchen on my order or he would have come out and visited with me on the issue. I asked and waited for him. So what if Applebee's returned the steak, and credit? My good friend and I were very hungry that night! PS, His, sirloin steak came out fantastic. Sad Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I absolutely loved Bluefield Applebee's But in the last month Or It has absolutely changed That everything I have been ordering there since 2019 perfect And the last two months It Has completely changed 2 weeks ago I ordered 12 oz ribeye I received a sirloin And I ordered the clubhouse grill last week this week I called back to order the same thing clubhouse grill and they said we don't have turkey And then when I got the clubhouse grill after convincing them they did it has nothing of the same stuff Something has went on with Applebee's but it used to be great but good luck I'm telling you I'm not bitching I'm just saying I wished it was the way it was It is a bar. Thats it. Just a bar Just a bar. Not a restaurant like advertised no no. Just a bar Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Applebee’s was clean and had a good atmosphere when we visited yesterday. Melody S. made the experience even better. She helped with my wine selection, was friendly, professional, and funny, and provided great service throughout our visit. She checked in often and made sure we had everything we needed. The only minor issue was that the TouchTunes volume seemed lower than the house music, making it hard to hear the songs we picked. Other than that, it was a great experience. Price per person: $60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
