It took them 40 minutes for a BBQ Ribs and a grilled Chicken. I was a KM in Seattle and you really need to train your cooks, they are tooooo slow and their cooking is so-so, they have to learn how to use spices and by the cooking marks on the chicken and ribs, your grill is not hot enough. The coleslaw is just cabbage and mayonnaise, if you don’t know how to make coleslaw dressing at least buy it already made and you use margarine in your mashed potatoes instead of butter, and the potato cambray are deep fried and bland, salt and pepper are cheap you know, you can at least use that. The server was nice but if you don’t fix your kitchen, people will not return after the first visit, or at least not us. We can get something way better for the $780 pesos that we spent for just a couple of meals with no drinks. I am talking about the Applebees & IHOP in Zentralia Mall Colima, MX Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $700–800 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
