Here’s a polished review you can post: I’ve been coming to this Applebee’s for years, and tonight was the first time Hailey bartended for me. She absolutely knocked it out of the park. From the moment I sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made me feel welcome. My drinks were made perfectly, service was quick, and she kept a great attitude even while staying busy behind the bar. It’s employees like Hailey that keep customers coming back. I’ve had plenty of good experiences here over the years, but Hailey’s service stood out. If you’re lucky enough to get her as your bartender, you’re in good hands. Ordered all you can eat riblets, boneless wings and shrimp from the Transit Rd Depew NY branch. $15.99 They serve u 3 riblets at a time. Fries were cold. After eating the riblets which were dry even though smothered in BBQ sauc had to wait forever to get 5 small breaded shrimp....tasteless...Awful service. $10 Margaritas were very weak....tasted like mixer. Now I had the same thing at Applebees in Alabama 2 weeks ok. Everything was excellent. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Had the Primerib sandwich! I'm sure it was mystery meat, it was dry and like leather as for the dip that came with it, was soap water! Others had the all you can eat, more mystery meat! Won't be going back! Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $100+ Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
