Had a wonderful dining experience at Applebee’s Al Saad. The food was delicious, fresh, and served hot. The service was excellent, and the staff were all friendly and attentive. A special thank you to Ranjitha for her outstanding hospitality—she was warm, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her excellent customer service made our visit even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended! I had a great experience until I found a hair in my burger. I noticed it after eating about half of it and had to pull it out of my mouth. I informed the staff and showed them the hair. They took the remaining half of the burger and told me they would replace it. However, I waited and no replacement was given. Instead, the manager just apologized. While I appreciate the apology, I believe the burger should have been replaced. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
