The food was okay but our server Zai was simply not present. She is a sweet girl with a smile and says all the right things but has zero attention to guests. Had to ask for refill for water multiple times after 10 to 15 minutes wait each time before we finally got a refill of water. Food service was slow while other servers were bringing plates of food for others timely. She just stopped to check-in on us just once 5 minutes after the food was served and that's it. Finally when the machine at the table was not working for settling the check she made us wait for over 20 minutes while my kids and wife waiting outside endlessly. We will probably go to a different location the next time or definitely make sure we have another server. The restaurant wasnt even super busy but Zai was just a super lazy server. This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The service was extremely poor, and communication was difficult because our server struggled to speak and understand English, which led to confusion throughout the meal. To make matters worse, the burgers we ordered were terrible. They arrived soggy, greasy, and overly oily, with ingredients thrown together carelessly. The presentation was unappetizing, and the quality was far below what I would expect from a restaurant. Overall, the combination of poor service and badly prepared food made for a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location based on my visit.
