Very satisfied with my experience here at Applebees at this location; Riley was absolutely amazing. First interaction I had was here and she made it an unforgettable experience. She was friendly and genuine. She made conversation while waiting for a table.. She got me a table as soon as it was available. Her personality stood out and came over to check how the service was. As well as when I had left she asked how the service was. Keep her around cause she’s thriving in what she does! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Evan provided outstanding service during our visit to Applebee’s. He was friendly, professional, attentive, and made sure our experience was excellent from start to finish. Our drinks and food arrived promptly, and he checked on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. His positive attitude and exceptional customer service truly stood out and made our meal even more enjoyable. Employees like Evan are the reason customers keep coming back. Thank you, Evan, for your hard work and for making our visit a great one! Highly recommended! ️ Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is the second visit to this Applebee's within a month and we sat at the bar both times. Firstly, our bartender Nick went above and beyond to make us customized drinks due to an allergy to pineapple. He has been very pleasant, warm and inviting. Secondly, the manager on duty, Ann, was so engaging and personable. We witnessed her wearing multiple hats, helping anywhere extra support was needed. Being in the customer service industry as a manager myself, I appreciated her dedication to providing the best experience she and her team can provide. Excellent service!!! Also, the food was delicious and the drinks were perfect! Ty for a great dining experience!! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
