I really like Applebee's and this is not the first time I've visited this location, but they appear to have issues with the AC, the place was freezing even the servers were wearing jackets. The service was really slow maybe a staffing issue, the restaurant only had about 10 tables not really busy. The food was so so we had two orders of fish and chips, one was excellent the other was not cooked well at all. I will try again another day, but I will remember to bring a jacket even though it 90 degrees outside. Meal type: Dinner

We haven't been to Applebee's in years. We had a wonderful experience. We were seated immediately. Drinks came right away. Our server tonight was extremely prompt and kept our drinks refilled before they were even empty. Food was delivered in a decent time and was perfectly cooked and all hot. Waiter even stopped by a few moments after food was brought out to make sure everything was good and continued to check in to make sure if we needed anything. Even brought more refills in Togo cups as we were paying. We will definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

They were not busy at all, there was only my party and 2 people at another table on our side. It took over an hour to get our food. My granddaughter wanted quesadillas, they were out. My husband wanted the BBQ riblet’s, the waitress said they were out of BBQSauce but when he got them, they had hot BBQ sauce on them and were still pink inside and tough. He ordered a salad and they were out of 3 different salad dressings that he liked.. My grandson ordered the burger on the front of the menu that was supposed to be on top of the white queso, but it was only mozzarella cheese. It’s been a while since we have been here and it’s always been good and also had a lot of customers but this time was not a good visit at allthe waitress never ask to refill our drinks either. Our bill was $122.00 so I left 135.00. I just hope changes can be made to improve the service and the food so this will be an enjoyable place to eat again Price per person: $20–30
