I went down late and got a bourbon steak they messed up my order it was fully cooked when I asked for medium I asked for it to be changed they once again messed up my order they didn’t add the mushrooms and onions just the steak and potatoes. I also got charged for lemonades by Mia the waitress which wasn’t correct because I had a water and the other person had soda. I spoke to one of the managers it went well and they handled the situation well but I’m leaving this review because I found out that the other person I was with that night who order the Alfredo pasta never got their garlic bread which I actually didn’t know about so even though the manager was kind and helpful it was just to much mistakes to let it go. Steak messed up 2 times charged for drinks we never got and they didn’t even give the bread stick that is provided with the Alfredo pasta. Also asked us if we wanted to leave since they were closing but it’s not my issue yall got my order wrong twice. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

The ambience of the restaurant was okay, it was clean. I usually enjoy all my experiences at Applebees but unfortunately I was very dissatisfied with my meal today. Firstly, the manager was no where to be seen. He grazed by our table once when we first sat down and we didn’t see him again. My aunt ordered two meals with one to go. She had requested one meal be brought out and the other be given to me at the end when we were checking out. They gave her the wrong order first, and the steak was undercooked. The broccoli was very, very salty and the potatoes tasted bad. I also got the steak and while it was cooked to a medium well it tasted old and was very tough, my broccoli was incredibly salty and the potatoes also tasted bad. My husband got the chicken and Alfredo, He didn’t even eat, not even a quarter of it. The bread was stale and nasty. The pasta just didn’t taste good. Our server RUDY was an absolute gem. He was so sweet and understanding and gave us a discount for our troubles. He did a wonderful job serving us and was very friendly. He was the only redeeming factor for our night. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $20–30
