Ms Alice the bartender. So very very sarcastically rude. As I sat and waited to be served she helped customers that came in after me and started it was because they were her regulars. Then after I did order she made sure my order was wrong. A true waste of time. Then she asked if I wanted them manager when I told her I didn’t want the food because it was wrong. I will never be going back and I don’t advice anybody go either if you’re not a regular. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Call Me Dragon a month ago on Google

Walked over here for dinner from the hotel. When I walked in, it was very slow, only 1 table and like 3 individual customers at the bar. No hostess, occupied myself reading the drink menu until I was greeted. I was sat down and given menus, no water and I sat there for 20 minutes just looking around waiting for someone to come to the table. Bartender was bartending. Waiter was bullshitting with a customer at the bar the entire time with a direct line of sight to me. Again, this was for 20 minutes straight. The other waiter that I’m guessing I just wasn’t in his section so he ignored me even though he made eye contact multiple times. I went to the bar to ask if there was anyone taking orders because I just see people standing around and hear a girl in the kitchen being OBNOXIOUSLY loud and at this point I’m irritated. Her loudness continues the entire time and I was on the opposite side of the restaurant. Bartender took my order when I was really just going to walk out at that point. Waiter finally came over and said “Did you just get here?”. I said no I’ve been sitting for 20 minutes. No apology from anyone. He walked away and never came back. Bartender was the one who took care of me all the way up until I left. He was very nice and the only reason I didn’t walk out. I’m a restaurant general manager and was thoroughly unimpressed, I’ve never had a bad experience at an Applebees before, this was so bad that it was stupid. The iced tea also tastes like mold so I just pushed it to the edge of the table and didn’t touch it again. If you care to review your cameras, I walked in alone at 5:20. Nobody came in for a while after me. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
