Being a waiter myself, I am quite understanding. Well, the waiter when she was able to attend to us, did well. But they are understaffed which lead to us waiting for our food for an unreasonable time. One burger was a little under cooked. Mine had some parchment paper inside, with all of it just being cold and the taste of everything being underwhelming as these type of restaurants have become. (maybe they have always been, not sure) Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Ordered neighborhood nachos but the meat was so burnt along with chips and very dry. Not much meat added. New waitress today, she told us and glad she did and we gave her encouragement. This place has not changed much since it has been a few years since I have been back due to the food and service being bad. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Had a great experience, the server Mateo Los was great at checking in with us while we dined and help accommodate and provide service. Plus he was very nice and noticed when our drinks were low and with me getting the all you can eat meal he was very prompt, and ensured food was served without delay. Although I do have to take a star off due to food being a bit too hard and drowned in sauce, but that was not the server's fault. Overall I would come again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
