We had such a great experience thanks to our waiter, Zay! Even though he was extremely busy, he stayed attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for our table. Our order came out exactly right, and he checked in on us consistently without ever making us feel rushed. You can tell he truly cares about providing great service. We really appreciated his hard work and positive attitude—he made our visit so much better! Service: 5

“Keirsten was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we sat down, her positive attitude and friendly personality completely changed the atmosphere of our visit. She greeted us with a genuine smile, stayed upbeat the entire time, and made us feel truly welcome and appreciated as customers. Even when the restaurant got busy, she stayed calm, cheerful, and attentive to everyone around her. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does, and that kind of energy makes such a difference. Great service is hard to find, and Keirsten went above and beyond to make our experience at Applebee's memorable. We’ll definitely be asking for her again next time!” Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
