I ordered bone-in chicken wings, and my date ordered boneless wings. It was not until after we ordered our food did we come to find out that there was an all-you-can-eat boneless wings special. The bartender (a blonde-haired woman) stated, in substance, it was not their job to inform customers of any specials and that there were commercials advertising the special on T.V. I thought that was a poor answer and a cop-out. I put that right up there with a snotty hotel desk clerk telling me to set my alarm rather than him setting up a wake-up call for me. Every restaurant I have ever been to has informed customers of any food or drink specials. Why is Applebee's different? The food was excellent but the service was not 100% efficient. Customers need to be informed regarding any specials which are available, T.V. commercials or no T.V. commercials. This occurred between 8 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. on Monday, January 29th, 2024.

Applebee's Grill + Bar, Fashion Center Paramus, NJ.Disappointed, the food was not good. My friend broccoli was over cooked, the salmon was dry, no sauce, no flavor. I asked for a frozen mango lemonade and I got a regular frozen lemonade. The lemonade was so sweet I couldn’t drink it. The server asked if I wanted to change it, I was not interested at that point. We did not get water, I had to ask for water. The server brought one glass of water and none for the other person. Not a good experience. I would not return and I do not recommend this Grill + Bar.
