When we arrived we waited 5 minutes to be seated. Once seated, we were seated in the Bar area. Poor bartender had bar customers plus tables being seated. It took her 10 minutes or more to even come to greet us to get our drink orders. Then they were out of the items we wanted to order. Once our order was finally placed, it took almost 30 minutes for our food to come out. Food was not good. I was just disappointed in everything! I almost cancelled my order & left. They need help in this place! Just imagine having your hopes up for something to only be disappointed. Applebee's was an EPIC let down today! I drove over 40 mins because there is no Applebee's close to me! I will not be returning!!! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

Atmosphere was clean and neat. Hostess had no rolled silverware and asked if we wanted plastic or metal. Our meals came before appetizer, of which they apologized for. When our appetizer was served, the cheese in the mozzarella sticks was still solid. Our water was never refilled but They did take off the appetizer from our bill and the staff was friendly. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
