Food was not all that great. Need to hire a better chef who puts in care in their work. Food was not made with love and you could tell by how poor it tasted. Service was meh. Idk if the manager on duty was the person wearing red, but they did not made me and my party feel welcomed or have a good time to at least enjoy the restaurant. This will be my first and last time coming here. Has room for improvement Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Typical Applebees with amazing service and exceptional people. The staff, bartender, servers and manager are all amazing. I like to take my coworkers here if someone is having a bad day. They are so sweet and it makes the week better. The drinks are good and the snacks are okay. Highly recommend all the desserts Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We usually come to this restaurant and often order the ribeye—it’s always been great, and if there was ever an issue, the staff would fix it quickly. This time, however, the burgers were good but the ribeye was disappointing: it looked torn, wasn’t juicy as requested, and had a pale color. After the food was served, no one checked on us or refilled our drinks. When I called for help, the manager didn’t apologize or offer a proper solution—instead, he kept asking what I wanted, as if I was asking for a discount. He eventually gave me a $5 discount, which made things worse. I wasn’t looking for a discount; I just wanted a good dinner on my day off.
