We always look forward to coming to Applebee’s because of Will! He is hands down our favorite server. He’s friendly, attentive, and always makes us feel welcome from the moment we sit down. He consistently checks in at the right times, makes sure our food and drinks are perfect, and has such a positive attitude that makes every visit enjoyable. If ye're after a proper feed and a grand time, this is the place! The food was braw, the drinks were spot on, but the real star o' the show was our waiter, William. The lad deserves a medal—or at least a raise! Friendly as a pub regular, sharp as a tack, and somehow always appeared just when we needed him, like a hospitality Highland wizard. He had us well looked after from start tae finish, with plenty o' laughs along the way. We'll definitely be back—and if William's on shift, we ken we're in for another cracking night.
