We don’t frequently come to the mall, but tonight’s dinner was perfect! We had the chicken and broccoli and chicken rice bowl, we were super excited to see healthier options that allowed us to stay in track with our goals. Manager Raymond and server Maggie made sure we had everything we needed and we even had leftovers! Great work night dinner! We were seated promptly, but then something incredible happened: we became TOTALLY INVISIBLE! Sat at our booth for 30 minutes without being even spoken to by a server. OK, I'm exaggerating, we did hail down one server briefly, and he bruskly told us our "girl" was busy, before scurrying away, never to be seen again. Is the food at this location any good? Who knows? We saw some of it at the tables of other patrons who arrived AFTER we did, and it looked OK. But we made the BIG mistake of coming in a little thirsty, and after 30 minutes without so much as a hello, let alone a drop of liquid, we were forced to exit the Establishment, and the only employee who even noticed us leave in our hungry, dehydrated state was a very disinterested busboy from across the room. If you feel like you are getting too much attention in your life, come to this Applebee's -- here, you'll likely feel like you don't even exist! EDIT: Just had to add that Applebee's AI bot responded in 5 minutes. It's a shame their waitstaff couldn't be so prompt. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently started coming here again and I have had such a positive experience. Ray, the manager, is genuinely welcoming, attentive, and kind. I noticed not only how well he treated me, but also how patient and accommodating he was with other customers. It’s rare to come across someone who pays such close attention to people and creates such a comfortable atmosphere. He’s a huge asset to this company and definitely a reason I’ll continue coming back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Aww, thank you Deanna for taking the time to share, and we look forward to serving up another 5-star experience soon!
