The spectacular service demonstrates a high level of quality at this spot. Here you will pay fair prices. Terrific decor is appreciated by guests. The food was actually fantastic. The cooks really know their jobs. Probably best food I've had at a chain restaurant. The service was accurately horrible though. The host made us wait for 15 minutes on a free table while there was 14 free tables open and clean. Our server was the worst though. We waited 20 minutes to get our drinks, even to get our water, then she brought our appetizer out first, forgot the sauces, and we still had nothing to drink. I had to ask a manager just to get us Waters. We then finally got our drinks from the bar, they had sat there so long they had separated. This place was honestly not that busy. Only about 2/3 full. The manager even promised to check in on us, and only passed by and asked if we needed a refill on our water. So I'd say hit and miss on this visit. The food was amazing, the steak and chicken were phenomenal. The service was severely lacking though. Price per person: $30–40

The waitress was friendly but took at least an hour before we received our food. The food was horrid! The riblets were overcooked and slimy, the boneless wings taste was good but hard as a rock, the shrimp was edible but cold. The shrimps cocktail sauce was disappointing. The cocktail sauce tasted from a Jar and was room temperature. I haven't been to an Applebee's in years and this experience reminded me why. I won't be back anytime soon. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
