Had a great experience at Applebee’s! Anna, the manager, was great and really made sure everything was running smoothly. Our waitress Kinna was amazing too. She was friendly, attentive, and stayed on top of everything during the all-you-can-eat special. Great service all around and definitely a good experience. We’ll be back! We had such a great experience at Applebee’s tonight! There was unfortunately a glitch with the app and our order ended up being incorrect, which was definitely disappointing at first. But the management team and employees handled everything so kindly and professionally. Everyone was incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding while fixing the issue. A huge thank you to their manager Concha & Valerie. These 2 ladies went ABOVE & BEYOND helping us tonight. The food was absolutely delicious. The buffalo boneless wings were amazing, the onion rings were perfectly crispy, and the shrimp was so crispy and flavorful too. Our steaks were cooked exactly as ordered — medium rare and perfect. The waffle fries are seriously the bomb, and even the regular fries were seasoned so well. And the four cheese mac and cheese? Completely addicting! The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and perfect for a Friday night out. As parents of five kids, getting a little dinner date together is rare, and they made the process so easy and stress-free so we could head home and still enjoy a delicious dinner date night together. We really appreciated the kindness and excellent customer service from the entire team. Thank you all for turning a frustrating situation into such a positive experience!
