We stopped here for the first time while passing through town on our trip. It was one of the very few places along the way that was still open until 10 PM. The 3.8-star rating made us a little hesitant, but the restaurant’s menu was exactly the kind of food we enjoy, so we decided to give it a try. We asked for a lemonade for our child without ice, but the waitress brought it with ice. My husband and I looked at each other and wondered what to expect next. However, a very pleasant young server named Justin came over to our table. He was friendly, helped us choose our meals, and the food arrived quickly — after about 15 minutes. The pork chop with shrimp, served with mashed potatoes, was absolutely delicious — tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked. The mashed potatoes were excellent as well, practically melting in your mouth. I ordered the chicken fettuccine. The pasta and chicken were both very good, but for my personal taste there was a bit too much tomato sauce. It was slightly acidic and overpowered the flavor of the chicken. Overall, we left with a very positive impression. It’s a shame the restaurant has such a low rating. Either they have made great improvements, or some reviewers have been overly critical. Justin provided excellent service and left us with a very positive impression. So my girlfriend, her baby sister, our daughter and I went out to eat together here. We walk in, and we are placed in the bar section in a booth. Strange but fine, we ask for a high chair and are told we can’t use high chairs in the bar section so we are moved to a different booth in a different section so we were supposed to recieve a different waitress. Upon arriving, the host who was carrying our babies car seat had placed it down so he can clean the table for the waitress as the waitress was busy and we needed to be seated. When the waitress came back and we were waiting for him to clean our table, she was rude to the host, snarky telling him “can you like move this seat, I can’t get by.” While also nudging her head in our direction indicating and implying she was also taking a jab at us. As that happens I look over and see the host smile and look at my girlfriend. We are finally seated and the table is still dirty and stick and nasty. We recieve the food and eat accordingly but the waitress from the other section still has to serve us because the waitress in the one we moved too made it very clear and evident she did not want to serve us. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We waited an excessive amount of time to even place a drink order. We ordered the appetizer trio and a meal each. Then we waited......and waited. Finally, our meal came. We told the gentleman we didn't get our appetizers and he shrugged his shoulders. When our waiter finally came back, we were almost done with our meal, we told him we never got out appetizers. He said he would go check, we told him don't worry about it. He brought our appetizers to the table and said he wouldn't charge for them, gee, thanks. The appetizers were dead cold, as were the fries with our meal. This place would have to improve just to suck. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
