You can understand the dignity of the people of Yamanashi Prefecture. There are people playing billiards until late at night, so it makes a lot of noise. There were strange people talking loudly from midnight until morning, people smoking in the non-smoking zone, and the sound of someone fiddling with a lighter for a long time. I don't turn off my alarm most of the time early in the morning, so it's going off everywhere. The store staff are normal and polite.
