Quality food & passion. Whenever you do something with passion, the results come out. I feel lucky tonight because I’ve been able to feel that again with Pamela’s cuisine. Looking for a place to have dinner close to our hotel after a very busy day we found out AR Ristorante and made the reservation. We started with antipasti della casa and meat balls in sauce (polpette al sugo). Great portions and nice quality. Our primi where pasta cacio e pepe and a l’amatriciana. Excellent! Full of flavor and very taste! We had to try secondi also, of course! Saltimbocca alla romana (very well made, tasty and creamy) and salsiccia piccante (lovely for those like me who love spiceness). Sweet final with tiramisu (excellent), coffee and amaro. Everything made very close to us in her open cuisine. The best meal in Italy by far since we are in here Thank you Pamela!
