We regret that this experience caused you dissatisfaction and understand your frustration. The toilet fee covers the costs of cleaning, water/sewage disposal, and hygiene products. Vandalism, such as the destruction of sinks and/or toilet seats, has also prompted the gas station operators to implement this fee. We hope for your understanding in this matter and look forward to welcoming you as a customer at our Aral gas stations in the future. Unfriendly behavior is certainly not in our interest.
