There is a clear degraded service in this cafe after being my favorite for the past 3 years something is wrong a lot of Carelessness and neglect I am not sure what happened here , and the new menus system on the table that allows you to call the waiter or order or submit a complaint never works sad truly to see business going downhill due to neglect note this is specific to the top floor Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
