When I lived in Kagoshima, I used to go there often︎ It's close to Kagoshima Chuo Station, so you can probably go to the store without an umbrella these days. I would recommend Arbor for rainy days. The coffee I drank at this shop while reading was the best luxury. However, since it is a popular store, it may be difficult to stay for a long time, so we recommend enjoying it while watching the number of customers.
