Employees put priority on getting door dash out that came in after we ordered over customers standing in the store. Mind you our food laid on that counter the whole time they put those two orders together. No blame on doordash but do better Arby's. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Letting your food sit on the counter and get cold while the crew ignores you to prioritize late-arriving delivery orders is a major operational fail, Lola. We value our third-party drivers, but our in-store guests should never be treated like second-class citizens or left staring at their own dinner. This is heading straight to the appropriate team to get their counter assembly and ticket priorities sorted out.
