Went inside stood there 15 minutes waiting to order. 1 couple at the counter. Cashier never looked at us or said 1 word. Saw 3 others behind counter not 1 person acknowledged us or tried to help. We walked out. Cashier still hapling same person only ordering 2 things. Could have been served fasted somewhere to sit down and be waited on. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Standing at the counter for fifteen minutes without a single employee making eye contact or offering a simple greeting is completely unacceptable. Our teams should always have the hustle to acknowledge waiting guests, even when the line is moving slowly. I tried the new steak bites that Arby's is offering and was NOT impressed. The meat was charred black and was dried out. It was like eating beef jerky. The cashier was pleasant. And the store seemed very clean and presentable. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
