I’m not sure what has changed but I’m glad it did!! My last two visits the employees were so pleasant, actually smiled, and the food was hot and fresh! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I have been through their drive thru probably 8 or so times. And every time they have been extremely polite. Sometimes people don’t realize how far that goes. The food has always been the same Arby’s standard as anywhere. But honestly the best Arby’s I’ve seen in years is here in Atmore Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Too little for too much could sum it up. I needed some meat and potatoes or vegetables. No longer have crinkle fries so no potatoes for me. I opt for Mac and cheese but it must be made with gold for the quantity/price. Got the steak nuggets which was a big mistake. Driest, toughest, tasteless chunks of shoe sole ever. Personality of staff that day matched the shoe sole. And to think I normally LOVE Arby's. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
