Food was good and fast, but I think Chris needs a little break. He was extremely rude and seemed very overworked, even though the place was pretty slow. Being nice goes a long way in my books. Our slow-roasted meats should always be served with a side of friendly hustle, not an attitude that ruins the meal. While we are glad the food was fast and fresh, it sounds like Chris let his frustrations bleed into his customer service. We are getting with the restaurant's management team to address this behavior and ensure our counter staff stays sharp and courteous.

Popped in here as it was right by my hotel. As a British tourist, the portion sizes and prices were absolutely amazing—incredible value for money compared to back home! The staff were lovely and I definitely got the "accent bonus" (the special treatment was a nice touch). However, the wait time was horrific, which was bizarre considering the place was completely dead. Clearly a bit short-staffed, which is a shame because the food itself was spot on. The Verdict: Go for the food and the friendly faces, but don't expect it to be "fast" food! Stopped for lunch, this is one we've not been to before. The server was very friendly and helpful. We ordered quickly then sat down. They brought the food out to us, which is not a usual thing at other Arby's we've attended. The food was very good, typical Arby's sandwiches and sides. I love the jalapeño poppers. There was nothing wrong with the food, but we gave 3 stars because Arby's removed crinkle cut fries and Mac and cheese from their menu. These are two must haves for my wife. She does not care for any of the other potato sides so she just got the sandwich and a drink. While Arby's is one of our favorites, without these sides, we probably will not return. But it was a nice, clean place and the server was very helpful. And the food we had was very good. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
