Roast Beef sandwich tasted fine. I made the mistake of coming inside instead of using the drive through. NOBODY in the lobby, the front cashier focused on bagging food for the DT. She bagged 4 orders before she glanced over and said " wait a minute". The guy behind me gave up and left They made the sandwich quickly, all told, I was in the restaurant for 17 minutes. So that means it waited and watched her continue to expedite for 15 minutes before placing my order. I guess the drive through timer is the priority. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

Watching four different drive-thru orders get bagged while standing alone in an empty lobby for fifteen minutes is incredibly frustrating. Making you wait nearly twenty minutes just to place your order completely misses the mark on the hospitality you deserve, Ron. We are checking in with local management immediately to ensure our front counter receives the active focus it needs, regardless of the drive-thru timer.

Everything was so fresh and delicious here, the meat on my sandwich was tender and tasty. What stood out most during my visit was the wonderful customer service. Zaria helped me today and she was truly kind and one of those special people thst just shine from within! I could tell she wanted me to enjoy my meal and my time there, she was so sweet and helpful. I had not eaten at an Arby's in a long time. The service was fast and friendly but the food was so-so and there was a cockroach in the dining room floor. That was a huge turn off and so I won't return due to that, but I did appreciate that when my kid dropped his sandwich in the floor they made him another for free.
