I ordered the French dip. Everything looked great but I unwrapped my sandwich and it was cold the cheese wasn't melted either, no big deal I went back in and asked politely to have it heated up apparently that was an insult because they scoffed at me, I watched them literally throw it in the microwave, and then the cooks stood and laughed as I waited for my food to be heated. The food was good after it was to proper temp, but the service was very disappointing. I've always love Arby's. There Arby's sandwiches are so good. I have never gone to an Arby's and gotten bad service. They have the friendliness people working for them. The employees all work hard and I think they all deserve a big THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE.
