This is definitely not the bold, friendly service we aim for at Arby’s. We’re sorry our team missed the mark on hospitality, Alesha. We'll review it to ensure we're providing the experience you expect. We hope to see you again soon.

I paid $10 for 9 pieces of these dried up, burnt black, pieces of &#@!. My 11 year old son, who is starting to understand the value of money, was shocked. He remembered what we got at In and Out burger 2 weeks ago for $6. I don't know what the deal is with fast food joints in Syracuse but they have gone down the tube in service and product. I don't normally complain about a product but I did this time and the person behind the counter did not care. They stated they always look like this and I'm the only person that has complained. I won't be back, I'll add you to my list with Wendy's. This place will need to be bulldozed and rebuilt from the ground up before I step foot in it again. Pretty sad because we are practically neighbors. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1
