The store was not busy. The employee who took out order seemed aggravated that we were ordering food. We literally ordered a beef and cheddar, small fry and an order of the white cheddar mac-n-cheese. They forgot my cutlery so I requested it and it was given. That should have made me think to ask about sauce or anything else we might need but I didn't. My husband wanted Arby's sauce for the plain beef and cheddar but it was offered or asked. After 5 minutes of waiting for the food and being 1 of 2 customers at the place I would have thought it to be a more attentive service. We are sorry to hear about the service you and your husband received during your recent visit, Angela. We strive to provide excellent customer service and a complete meal to all our guests, and it seems we fell short in your case. We hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you better in the future.

The workers on the shift told us to wait and did not end up serving us. They had no orders and were just standing there, waiting for us to leave. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We know you came for the meats, not the wait. We’re sorry our team missed the mark on hospitality and our speed was off. We want to get you back to your favorites faster, and we'll be taking a closer look to make sure this is addressed.

The manager at this location is really rude. I ordered a number 1 with a coke and that was the exact phrase I said “number 1 with a coke.” Pulled around paid and got my food but noticed I was missing fries so I asked the girl about it and she thought I only wanted the sandwich so I told her I was wanting the meal and that wasn’t a huge deal it was miscommunication so she said she would get them for me and the manager is the one that actually gave them to me and she said with a snark “I heard sandwich too.” I didn’t even say the word sandwich. There was no reason to be snarky about it since the girl put the order in wrong and I wasn’t even upset about anything u til she made that comment. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This is definitely not the bold, attentive, and friendly service we aim for at Arby’s. We’re sorry our team missed the mark on hospitality and overall service today, Jessie. We’ll review this to ensure we’re delivering the experience you expect every time.
