i asked for my steakhouse sandwich to be cut in half and was told no. i will not be ordering that sandwich again for a driving snack, too long to handle while on a drive. Price per person: $10–20

Our goal is to make grabbing a meal on the go as smooth as possible, so a simple request like slicing a sandwich should never be a flat-out no. We want our bold flavors to be easy to crush during a road trip, Jessica. We are addressing this lack of accommodation with our line crew to ensure they are taking better care of our drive-thru guests.
