Hey Arby's. I thought you "had the meats" so where is it? Whats up with this sorry excuse of a chicken sandwich? A McCrispy is thicker than this! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It sounds like we really dropped the ball with your order on your last visit. In-store, mobile order, or drive-thru, you should always be able to depend on us. We know how frustrating this is when you're ready to eat. We are listening to all of our guests and are sharing this feedback with our Durham team. We are always working to provide a meat-tastic experience for everyone.

Needed a fast option for lunch on the run. Unfortunately this was not the place. Waited over 13 minutes sitting in the drive thru and had to leave without food because I only had 30 mins total for lunch and I drove 11 minutes to get there. Service: 1

We know your time is valuable, and we’re sorry for the long wait in our Drive-Thru for your lunch, Frank. We’re working on our speed to get you on your way.
