Ordered food through grubhub. The driver was there at the restaurant within no time to pick it up. So no doubt she picked up a cold order of food and to top it off. The large French fries I ordered were the size of a small French fry total rip-off. Obviously the employees at this arby's to care less about their quality and their job. I will not make this mistake again. I'm ordering from Arby's Food: 1

We’re sorry to hear about your recent experience with your order, Mark. It’s disappointing to learn that the food was not up to our usual standards and that the portion size of your fries was not as expected. We strive to provide high-quality meals and service, and it appears we fell short this time. Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll be sure to share it with our team to help improve.
