Very poor service this time. Even manager bluntly popped off at me during my explanation of why we came in from the drive thru. Rather than apologizing and trying to reconcile the issue and make things better she wanted to give excuses. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Response from the owner 3 months ago

We take serious pride in our hospitality, so hearing that a store manager completely lost her cool and got defensive is a major disappointment. When an order goes wrong in the lane, our leadership should be apologizing and making it right on the spot, not starting an argument. We are referring this to the appropriate team to address this manager's unprofessional behavior and reset our customer service standards immediately.

It's almost like you just can't trust fast food anymore. Old stale fries. It's pretty expensive for fast food with poor food. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Fries should always be hot and crispy. We’re sorry yours weren't up to par. We want to provide the best value for high-quality meats and fries. We’re constantly looking at our menu to ensure we’re the best spot for your cravings.
