I think they should read the order back to you or have a screen. They had my order wrong, didn't realize until over an hour later when I got home and settled to eat. I called the store and the manager was nice enough to fix the problem if I headed back. Although I'm over two hours past being super hungry, I have my order. All I can say is make sure the order is right and double check your order before you leave. The struggle is so real. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

We always want to deliver our legendary, freshly sliced meats quickly and accurately, so missing the mark on your order hurts. Thank you for being so patient with our manager during the remake process, Courtinay, as we are using your feedback to sharpen our kitchen's attention to detail. We look forward to providing a seamless, hassle-free drive-thru experience on your next lunch run.

This location is half an hour away from me, there's like 5 Arby's that are closer, but I've been driving to this one every week because this location has been doing 2 for $7 ArbyQ sandwichs for the last few months. Every time I drive up and see they still have the promotion on their sign, I say "Hell yeah! 2 for $7 AbryQs!!!" I'll stop making the drive when they end this promotion though. I'll just go to the currently ArbyQ-less one by my house. I really love Arby's, there's so much great stuff on the menu I could eat Arby's every day and never get bored. Of course, back around 2006 or 7 they ran a promotion of ham and swiss melt sandwiches on Texas toast that was so good I ate it for lunch every weekday for like three months until I developed some kind of allergic reaction to their mayo. Absolutely top tier though. Arby's is the best! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Roast Beef Sandwich, Quarter Pound Chopped Brisket Sandwich, Crinkle Fries
