Very slow service. No one came to register to wait on us so we went through drive thru. It was very slow also. They gave no ketchup and no sauces and didnt ask if we wanted any. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $10–20

We know your time is valuable, Carole. We’re sorry for the long wait in our Drive-Thru and that we fell short on the condiments. We’re working on our speed to get you on your way.

Arby's is the same food everywhere. The service at Ferdinand Arbys was awful a spilled soda sat on the floor for the whole hour we were there. I asked if they could turn off or turn down the trashy music they were playing the guy stared at me and said uh ok and did nothing. We also had to ask for the toy for my sons kids meal. They really don't have their stuff together. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sitting through a chaotic dining room with unaddressed messes and missing items makes for a miserable family visit, Daniel. You shouldn't have to manage the store's environment or fight for parts of your order just to enjoy a meal. Local management is stepping in to address team attentiveness and ensure basic dining room standards are consistently met.
