Arby's’s burgers will cater to satisfy different tastes

Degust perfectly cooked hot sandwiches, roasted sandwiches and salads this fast food offers. Food delivery is a big advantage of Arby's. A number of people suppose that employees are knowledgeable here. Unprofessional service is what a majority of guests underline characterizing this place. Many reviewers think that the dishes are offered for fair prices. You will certainly like the peaceful atmosphere. But visitors rate this spot below average on Google.

Need to take a little more time making sandwiches, all the meat is in a ball on one side! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Response from the owner 4 months ago

We appreciate the honest feedback, Jim. A great sandwich needs to be built with care, and we apologize that the meat was bunched up on one side. We will address this with our Findlay kitchen crew so your next sandwich is evenly stacked and perfect in every bite.

We came through the drive through and ordered 2 classic chicken sandwiches and two roast beef and cheddar sandwiches for my father-in-law that’s 86 years old and when we got to his house, he opened a classic chicken sandwich and the chicken was so tough that he couldn’t even pull it apart with his teeth. O I’ll just pull it apart with my hands he said, but couldn’t even pull it apart hardly with his hands. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Response from the owner 4 months ago

Delivering an unchewable, tough chicken sandwich completely goes against our commitment to high-quality food, Wendy. Your father-in-law deserved a great meal, and serving something cooked so poorly that it couldn't even be broken apart by hand is a major breakdown of our standards. We are addressing this directly with store management to fix their food preparation immediately.
