Drive through speaker was broken. A posted note said to continue to window to order. Was at window for 10 minutes watching two staff and customers come and go. We were seen by two staff. Honked our horn and finally left. Service: 1

Ordered food from here through door dash and my food arrived in poor condition.. The sandwich was hardly made correctly.. Half of it was partially filled with meat while the other half was done right. Both halves if the bread looked like it had either been dropped or squished. The au jus dip has a giving hair in it and i didn't see it till i had already ate half of my sandwich... That's super disgusting. I also wasn't able to use all features on door dash while making my Arby's order with their "sandwich only" or "make it a meal" options during which i had selected "make it a meal" and was unable to make required selections to move forward in the order. The most impressive thing with this order was that they didn't forget either dips/sauces and the mozzarella sticks were still hot.. Also was unable to receive the chocolate shake i ordered due to the shake machine being "down".. But was able to get a sprite as a replacement to which i hope that if it's a price difference that I'll be credited that difference. I've had better orders from here even through door dash. I go to this Arby's probably 3 to 4 times out of the week it is now turned into a crappy spot I ordered $23 worth of food get a brisket sandwich that literally has two pieces of brisket on it I called their store and the phone just rings and rings this is getting ridiculous I will take my business elsewhere Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
